I wish each and every one of you a Happy and Healthy 2005! I hope that your holiday season was full of family and friends and appreciation for the good fortune we all share. With so many difficult things going on in the world, I encourage you to live a life of gratefulness for your own blessings each day. How many times have you been asked already, "what is your New Year's resolution?" This tradition makes people feel guilty within days because they usually cannot maintain resolutions or goals they set. You are free to print it off and share it with your friends. It's a simple plan for keeping any kind of goal you wish to set - whether it's a health goal, like losing weight, or a business goal - like getting more clients. This is so easy to use that even young children can do it! If the young ones in your life can't read yet, you can use pictures or symbols instead of words for their chart. It's never too early to teach our children how to set goals! This is one of the types of the tools that I use when working with clients when I coach them on a one-to-one basis. One of the reasons this type of tool works is that writing down goals has a MUCH higher success rate than just verbalizing them. Plus, breaking goals down into smaller, more managable parts make success more probable than trying to complete a task all at once. I'd love your feedback on it, so please send me your comments! Even though we typically think of the new year as a time to set goals, it is something that can be done at anytime of year. During the past few months I have reviewed, revised and restructured my own business. I am now focusing on three key areas: Each Friday, starting January 14, 2005 I will begin offering a series of no obligation "Collaborative Interviews". During these 30-minute phone sessions we will discuss YOUR potential needs and if I feel I can support you in meeting your goals. At the end of the call I will ask you to consider hiring me as your coach. During this call there is no obligation. This will be an opportunity for us to see if we both feel we can work together successfully. Due to time limitations, and my very busy schedule, I am able to offer ONLY TWO "Collaborative Interviews" each Friday. If you would like to be considered please email me and I will get back to you quickly, so we can find the quickest and best way to help you achieve the goals you have for your life! I encourage YOU to take a look at your life. Are you happy with where you are? Is your job giving you the satisfaction you crave? Does your business have as many clients as you would like? Is your health at it's best? What do you want to improve? Maybe it's time for some changes. The "Think Without Boundaries" Personal Commitment may be a great beginning for you. If you'd like to pursue even more change you may wish to consider coaching. If you haven't taken a look at the www.ThinkWithoutBoundaries.com site lately, I invite you to browse around and take a look at all the new additions. I've added lots of new articles, including: Quick and Easy Ways to Boost Sales, Time Management for Small Business, and Who do You Want to Meet? If you've written articles of interest to small business owners, or of general interest and of a positive nature please read the Writer's Guidelines and then send them to me.
