I created this workshop after my own experiences recovering from a difficult divorce. I have pulled together the tools necessary to help heal people struggling with the pain of a broken relationship whether divorce, loss of a job, or even illness that has left a person with less physical abilities than they once had.

• forgiveness is a gift we give to OURSELVES - it is NOT about the other person
• we MUST allow ourselves to heal, so that we can move on and be happy
• HOW to move forward after a devastating loss
• how to pick up the pieces and create a "new life" that brings joy

This workshop is suitable for teens, young adults and adults. I have presented it in a variety of settings including Divorce Recovery weekends, church retreats and women's workshops.
