What is coaching with Wendy McClelland really about? What are you getting? (1) Customization: I will provide you with a program designed specifically for YOU! I do not use a cookie cutter approach to client's needs. Your specific needs are assessed and a plan created that provides custom coaching for you. I like to help you see results quickly, so that you gain momentum and feel you are moving forward as soon as possible. I am easy going, yet firm and will hold you accountable to your goals! (2) Availability: I am available to you when during regular business hours when it's convenient for you. The tools that are always within reach are my laptop computer, my cell phone and my Palm Pilot! (3) Engagement: Within 3 business days of your hiring me, we will begin our journey together, and we will agree on a coaching schedule. As soon as you decide to hire me as your coach, I make sure that we have our first coaching session within 7 days of your decision. Once you decide that you are ready for coaching, we will start working towards your positive future!
What does coaching cost? My fee is $175 an hour - minimum 2 hours per month (discounts for non-profit organizations)
